Ah, Saturday PD! So fun! My school requires us to attend three days of PD every year, school provided, and the November PD always falls on a Friday AND Saturday. Which is nonsense. However, I was pleasantly surprised yesterday to find the conversations mostly relevant and useful, which means I could half-listen and write. I ended up with 1521 words knocked out yesterday, and this morning, I finished the story and posted it to my AO3. I found a list of fluffy winter-themed prompts I'm going to work from.
Living in South China means I'm pretty much hot and sweaty all the time. I'm a high desert girl at heart -- dry and hot in the summer, dry and cold in the winter. Not that I miss the sort of cold that freezes the moisture in your lungs and snot in your nose when you breathe (pretty, I know). I'm really missing cozy autumn and winter feels, so my plan now is to indulge in all the fluffy, cozy, mostly angst-free feels I can. I'm posting them to my Winter 2019 series. They'll mostly be Guardian fandom, because that is my current obsession, but I'm also into some sweet Thai dramas. Who knows, I may even fly back to the Raven Cycle or The Song of Achilles if I'm feeling extra nostalgic.
If you stop by and like them, let me know! If you have any requests, I'm open.
